About the function
As a Recruitment Consultant, you are making impact on the relationship with our people while coordinating daily operations. You are skilled at switching between client and candidate requests and the internal office team. This role gives you the opportunity to be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters. Your responsibilities include:
- Planning personnel and transport
- Communicating with temporary workers and supporting them with any questions
- Managing back office tasks
- Ensuring a high-quality staffing pool
- Coordinating recruitment procedures
What we need
- You speak English and Polish
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
- Experience as a recruitment consultant or in a similar role is a plus, but not required

- A starting salary between €2,500 and €3,000 gross per month
