About the function
Your workplace is located at our branch in Dordrecht. You will be working at a beautiful new location where your input is highly valued. In your role as a recruiter, you will have the following tasks:
- Conducting job interviews
- Collaborating with other departments and branches
- Maintaining contact with clients and flexible workers
- Searching for candidates through CV databases and social media
- Writing compelling job vacancy texts targeted at the correct audience
What we need
- Minimum HBO+ (higher professional education) level of thinking and working
- EU citizenship or Dutch work permit required!
- Proficiency in English and Turkish
- Good social and communicative skills
- Affinity with recruiting and working with people
- Ability to look beyond resumes to the actual qualities of an employee

- Salary between € 2,300 and € 2,700 gross based on 40 hours per week
