About the function
As a Recruiter, you represent Carrière. You’ll join a team who truly value your input. You support your team and coach them to achieve higher levels of expertise. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting job interviews and coaching your team to excel in this area
- Setting clear KPIs for your team and ensuring performance standards are met
- Collaborating with other departments, branches, and clients
- Maintaining contact with clients and temporary workers
- Managing job vacancies and identifying client needs
What we need
- Higher professional education level (HBO)
- Proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of Polish is a plus
- A valid driver’s license (B)
- 2 years of recruitment experience in our market
- Proven leadership experience

- A starting salary between €2,400.00 and €3,000.00 gross per month
