About the function
As a Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for relationship management and coordinating daily activities. You effectively manage communication between the client and the office team. You are the first point of contact for all HR-related matters. Your responsibilities include:
- Staffing and transport planning
- Communicating with temporary workers and assisting with inquiries
- Managing back-office tasks
- Ensuring quality pool management
- Coordinating recruitment procedures
What we need
- Minimum MBO 4 work and thinking level
- Fluent in both English and Dutch
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven mentality
- Experience as a recruitment consultant or in a similar role is a plus but not required

What we offer
- A starting salary between € 2,500 and € 3,100.00 gross per month
