About the function
As an Inhouse Account Specialist at Albert Heijn in Geldermalsen, you are the central point of contact for all stakeholders. You guide and coach a team of team leaders and carry ultimate responsibility for the performance and stability of the flex pool. Thanks to your oversight, leadership, and attention to detail, onboarding, planning, and daily operations run smoothly. Your main responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of team leaders
- Monitoring and analyzing performance data of the team and flex workers
- Organizing and executing a structured onboarding process
- Aligning work processes with internal departments of both Albert Heijn and Carrière
- Being visible on the work floor, spotting bottlenecks, and taking immediate action
- Analyzing performance figures and implementing targeted improvements
- Acting as site manager in their absence
You will work full-time in a dynamic environment where flexibility in working hours is appreciated.
What we need
- MBO+ or HBO (associate or bachelor’s) working and thinking level
- At least 2 years of experience in a coordinating role, preferably within the staffing industry
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Good command of Dutch is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, experience with administrative processes and planning systems
- Experience in an inhouse environment is an advantage
