About the function
Step into the role of Field Operator in the Logistic Automation team and become a key player in keeping cutting-edge systems - such as AMRs, robotics, conveyors, and SCADA - running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll take ownership of monitoring and optimizing logistics processes, quickly resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication across a highly automated environment. This is a hands-on role where your focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement directly drives operational excellence.
In this role you will:
- Monitor and ensure the smooth progress and optimal performance of all logistical processes
- Proactively detect, investigate, and resolve system malfunctions, escalating issues when necessary
- Analyze process deviations, communicate root causes to production, and advise on preventive actions
- Accurately complete process registrations and report findings to the Control Room Operator and production team
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness while ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations
Working hours:
You work also on the weekends, in a shift-based system to ensure 24/7 performance, offering a dynamic work environment where flexibility and adaptability are highly valued.
What we need
- MBO level of education or equivalent working/ thinking level
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and affinity with IT systems
- Relevant knowledge and advanced level of expertise or work experience in a similar position
- Result-driven, reliable, and adaptable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure

- Salary starting with €18,16 gross / h
- Travel allowance up to 30 km one way (max. €12.60 per day)
- +40% for work after 11:00 PM
- +100% allowance for work on Sundays
