About the function
As a Production & Greenhouse Worker in Bleiswijk, you will work in a lively greenhouse environment where you roll up your sleeves every day. Your main responsibilities include caring for plants, harvesting crops, and packaging products for shipment. You work in a team of dedicated colleagues who all contribute to the success of the production process. The work is physical, but you are supported by modern equipment to make the work more efficient.
- Care for plants and harvest crops
- Package products and prepare them for shipment
- Maintain equipment and tools

- Work according to safety guidelines and hygiene requirements
You will work from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work during busy periods. Working hours are from 07:00 to 15:00.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role such as horticultural worker or production worker
- Physically able to perform standing work and lift heavy loads
- Basic knowledge of plant care and harvest processes
- Team player with a flexible attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
