About the function
As a Production & Greenhouse Worker in Bleiswijk, you'll work in a vibrant greenhouse environment where you're responsible for various tasks that contribute to the production and care of plants. Your daily activities are diverse, including planting, nurturing, and harvesting different crops. You will collaborate with a team of enthusiastic colleagues who all have the same goal in mind: delivering the best quality.
- Planting seeds and cuttings
- Nurturing crops, including watering and fertilizing
- Harvesting crops and preparing them for distribution
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Assisting with loading and unloading products
You typically work from Monday to Friday, in day shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
What we need
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role, such as greenhouse worker or production worker, is a plus
- Physically capable of standing work and lifting heavy objects
- Flexible work attitude and willingness to work overtime if needed
- Good command of the English or Dutch language
