About the function
As a Production & Greenhouse Worker in Bleiswijk, you work daily among plants and fresh products in a modern greenhouse environment. Your tasks are varied: from harvesting and sorting to packing and checking quality. You help take care of the plants and make sure everything runs safely and neatly. You’ll be part of a team where colleagues support each other and the atmosphere is positive. Your responsibilities include:
- Harvesting, sorting, and packing plants and products
- Checking the quality of products
- Caring for and maintaining the plants
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized
- Assisting with other general production tasks You work Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Sometimes, shift work is required depending on the season.
What we need
- At least VMBO work and thinking level
- Experience as a production worker, greenhouse worker, logistics worker, or similar role is a plus
- Able to work independently and quickly pick up new tasks
- You speak and understand Dutch or English
- Willing to do physical work in a greenhouse environment
- Attention to detail and quality
- Living in the Bleiswijk area or willing to commute
