About the function
As a Production & Greenhouse Worker, you’ll be active daily in the greenhouse and on the production floor. You make sure that plants and flowers are harvested, sorted, and packed on time. You’ll work with colleagues to prepare orders and keep the work environment neat. The job is physical, varied, and you’re always on the move among the green. You’ll operate simple machines, check products for quality, and help with various logistics tasks. The work takes place in a modern greenhouse with a friendly and structured atmosphere. You usually work Monday to Friday, in day shifts between 07:00 and 17:00.
What we need
- You have a VMBO working and thinking level (pre-vocational secondary education)
- Preferably 0 to 2 years of experience as a production worker, greenhouse worker, or in a similar role
- You are physically fit and don’t mind standing or walking all day
- You speak basic Dutch or English
- You are available for at least 36 hours per week
- You live in (or near) Bleiswijk or have your own transport
- You are motivated to learn and grow
