About the function
As a Pollinator/Bestuiver in Poeldijk, you'll immerse yourself in essential tasks that keep our greenhouses thriving. Your days will be filled with the buzzing activity of pollinating plants, ensuring the best quality seeds for our crops. You'll focus on:
- Pollination of plants
- Trilling
- Removal of flower stamens
- Germination with a tablet
- Harvesting and quality control of tomato, cucumber, and pepper seeds
- General greenhouse tasks (not heavy work)
You'll work in a clean and structured environment, following strict hygiene and food safety rules. The position offers flexible working hours within a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
What we need
- Experience with pollinating or working in a greenhouse with vegetables or flowers (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to communicate in Polish, English, or Dutch at a communicative level
- Capacity to learn pollination techniques
- Own transport
- Own accommodation
