About the function
Work as a machine operator in Bleiswijk at a fruit and vegetable company in a cooler environment (working temperature 5-10 degrees).
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines involved in packaging and sorting processes of fruits and vegetables.
- Effectively manage the production line to ensure optimum productivity and quality.
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of machinery to ensure smooth operation.
- Work with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise in the production process.
Work Monday through Saturday (38-40h) from 6:45 am to 5:00 pm.
The plant has strict hygiene standards, so the wearing of false eyelashes and artificial nails is not permitted. In addition, the wearing of jewelry such as earrings, rings, watches, etc. is prohibited on the production floor.
What we need
- Own accommodation

- Proven experience (min. 1.5 years) as a machine operator, preferably in the fresh produce industry - min. 1.5 years
- Knowledge of machines such as netclipper and flowpack will be a significant asset
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing production needs.
