About the function
In your role as Recruiter, your tasks include:
Conducting intake interviews and screenings
Guiding candidates through the application process
Registering temporary workers and creating placements
Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients
Keeping up to date with relevant trends and developments in the labor market and recruitment industry
You will usually work from our office in Rotterdam during regular office hours.
What we need
Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) level of working and thinking
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
Affinity with recruitment and working with people
Excellent social and communication skills
Analytical thinker and great judge of character, able to look beyond CVs to identify real qualities
What we offer
Salary between €2,500 and €3,100 gross per month, depending on experience
Laptop and smartphone
25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance

Travel allowance of €0.23 per km or full reimbursement of public transport costs
