About the function
As a Marketing Assistant, you will support both the sales and marketing teams in shaping and executing tactical marketing initiatives (B2B & B2C), contributing to the implementation of the brand’s overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities
- Support marketing professionals and the Marketing Manager with sales reports and external communications (to customers and manufacturers)
- Help with product launches and provide product information to the sales team
- Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, promotions, and consumer events
- Conduct competitive analysis, monitor market developments, and carry out store visits
- Review and translate media advertisements, POS materials, social media content, and print campaigns
- Participate in test kitchen activities such as sensory evaluations, product and recipe testing, and reporting
What we need
Who Are We Looking For?
- You have completed an MBO or HBO degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or you have 1–3 years of relevant work experience
- You are creative, detail-oriented, independent, hands-on, and flexible
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
- You have a passion for food and cooking, and a genuine interest in Asian culture and cuisine
- You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- You live within a 30 km radius of Oss and hold a valid work permit
