About the function

As a Logistics Administrative Employee, you are responsible for inventory administration and supporting various administrative processes. You ensure that all data and documents are accurate and up to date. You will work fully from the office in a small, friendly team where your organizational skills and attention to detail are important.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Managing and updating inventory administration
  • Handling documents such as packing lists, invoices, and certificates
  • Processing and scheduling orders in different systems
  • Supporting administrative processes related to logistics
  • Archiving documentation
  • Communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and transport companies

  • MBO4 level of thinking and working
  • Good knowledge of English (Dutch is a plus)
