About the function

As a Logistics Administrative Employee, you are the link between procurement, transport, and customs. You process documentation accurately and communicate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and efficient logistics operations. You'll work with a small, friendly team where your organizational skills and eye for detail are essential.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Handling incoming documents such as packing lists, invoices, and certificates
  • Scheduling and processing orders in various systems
  • Coordinating transport from suppliers to the warehouse
  • Checking documents from Customs and NVWA
  • Archiving logistics and compliance documentation
  • Communicating with transport companies, suppliers, and shipping lines

What we need

  • MBO4 level of education or thinking
  • Fluent in Dutch, with solid English proficiency
  • Experience with administrative tasks
  • Logistics or similar experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Accurate and detail-focused
