For the Supply Chain team in Maastricht, we are looking for two Intercompany Supply Management Specialists. In this role, you ensure that radiology injector systems, disposables, and spare parts are delivered on time and in full to international sales organizations and their customers across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You oversee and coordinate the entire intercompany order flow and work closely with logistics, planning, finance, and local sales organizations.

About the function

As an Intercompany Supply Management Specialist, you are responsible for a smooth order flow between the regional distribution center and various international sales organizations worldwide. You act as the central link between different internal departments and external parties, ensuring that processes run efficiently, accurately, and according to agreements.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the automatic conversion of purchase orders into sales orders
  • Receiving purchase orders and entering sales orders for non-integrated sales organizations
  • Aligning order processing with the on-site logistics team
  • Checking inventory availability and coordinating large orders with planning
  • Aligning transfer pricing with finance
  • Proactively following up on timely delivery with local sales organizations
  • Coordinating urgent shipments with logistics service providers
  • Escalating in a timely manner when deliveries risk not being “on time in full”
  • Managing return processes and intercompany credit transactions
  • Answering questions from local sales organizations
  • Coordinating with Supply Centers in case of delivery deviations
  • Managing and coordinating relevant master data
  • Preparing and reporting supply chain KPIs
  • Contributing to optimization projects to improve processes

What we need

We are looking for an ambitious, service-oriented professional who maintains overview, can set priorities, and works accurately.

  • Bachelor’s level working and thinking ability (degree or demonstrable experience)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus
  • Understanding of supply chain processes is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on monitoring and process improvement
  • Structured way of working and affinity with planning
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Living within commuting distance of Maastricht
  • EU citizenship or a valid Dutch work and residence permit
