About the function

We are looking for a Facility & Office Services Coordinator to manage and support daily operations across our office and site in Enkhuizen. This role ensures a smooth, safe, and efficient working environment by overseeing space and office management, catering, postal and courier services, and entrance/reception activities. You will play a key role in supporting employees, stakeholders, and visitors by providing reliable and professional facility services.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and organize office moves, including relocation logistics and removal management.
  • Manage and maintain office buildings, land, and furniture, and ensure the availability and proper functioning of office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide conference-room services, including setting and clearing tables and ensuring the supply of beverages according to bookings.
  • Coordinate regional courier tours to meet internal and external delivery needs, and sort and distribute postal items accurately and on time. 
  • Oversee and manage contracts with entrance and reception service providers and ensure professional, customer-focused service for employees and visitors.
