As a Back Office Support Specialist, you support various teams across Europe in service activities. You ensure efficient processes, accurate administration, and high customer satisfaction. You work in a hybrid setup (office and home) within an international environment.
About the function
Within the Back Office Support team, you act as the link between departments such as logistics, accounting, field service, and sales.
Your responsibilities include:
Answering questions and providing service information
Following up on orders and SAP-related processes
Supporting field service engineers in their daily work
Processing reports and updating systems
Resolving issues related to invoicing and inventory
Supporting the Inside Sales team with contract administration
You will join a team of approximately 20 colleagues from diverse backgrounds, where collaboration and quality are key.
What we need
Service-oriented and accurate
Structured and process-driven
Experience with SAP is a strong plus
Team player, but also able to work independently
Strong communication skills
Flexible and hands-on mentality
Good planning and prioritization skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
