About the function
In this role, you will assess and handle issues related to shipments. It’s not a problem if you don’t have experience with this yet—our team will guide and support you through training, so you can build the skills you need.
You will be part of the Finance Administration & Control department, working closely with your colleagues and reporting to the Manager of Finance Administration & Control. Your work will help ensure that our financial processes are correct as well as the communication with clients is adequate.
Your key responsibilities
Respond to issues about rejected claims or compensation decisions
Use the lost & found database to help solve cases efficiently
Communicate daily with drivers and customers to maintain a smooth and positive process
You will work from Monday till Friday, from 08:00 till 17:00. Do you travel with public transport and cannot catch it that early? Or do you have other appointments in the morning? Then there is also possibility to start at 09:00 till 18:00
What we need
- You master English and Dutch language, both written and speaking
- Experience in administrative work
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow professionally
