About the function
As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you are the point of contact for colleagues and suppliers. When they have questions regarding payments, you provide support and assist wherever needed. You are responsible for:
Performing bank postings
Processing bank statements
Preparing payments and scheduling them in the banking system
Processing purchase invoices in Basecone and managing the accounts payable
Creating manual sales invoices
Assisting with period-end closing; such as analyzing general ledger accounts for completeness, explaining discrepancies, and preparing balance sheet specifications
Supporting the year-end closing
You are a motivated colleague who preferably has office experience and is ready to take on the challenge of managing the financial administration.
What we need
- Relevant work experience
- MBO-level education in Financial Administration
- Familiarity with systems for digital invoice processing
- Motivated to learn
- Dutch / English language skills (Japanese / French are optional but not required!)

- Salary between €2,500 and €3,300 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week
