About the function
As a Recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying suitable candidates to making the perfect match with our clients. You act as a trusted advisor throughout the process. Additionally, you work closely with the recruitment team to develop strategies for attracting talent and optimizing our processes. In your role as a Recruiter, your tasks include:
- Conducting intake interviews and screenings
- Guiding candidates through the application process
- Registering temporary workers and creating placements
- Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Keeping up with relevant trends and developments within the labor market and the recruitment industry
What we need
- At least MBO working and thinking level
- You are communicatively skilled in Dutch and English
- You have an affinity for recruiting and working with people
- Good social and communication skills
- An analytical thinker and a great judge of people, able to see beyond resumes to the actual qualities of an employee

What we offer
- Salary between € 2500 and 3100 gross per month depending on experience
