At Carrière, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Carrière’s SDGs

At Carrière, we are aware of the impact we have on the economy, society, and the environment. Our daily work goes far beyond simply connecting people with jobs. Our mission is clear: to make good work accessible to everyone. This means creating fair opportunities for both our flex workers and our employees.

That’s why we’ve chosen to focus on five of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These goals — focused on quality education, gender equality, decent work, reducing inequalities, and climate action — form the foundation of our policies and practices. Together, we are building a sustainable future.

SDG 4: Quality Education

At Carrière, we believe in the importance of continuous development. That’s why we offer training programs, courses, and workshops — including language lessons — for both our employees and flex workers.

Through these initiatives, we help everyone improve their opportunities in the labor market. This goal focuses on ensuring inclusive, equitable, and quality education, while promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all.

SDG 5: Gender Equality

Achieving gender equality is an important goal. At Carrière, equality and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do. We strive to create a workplace where everyone feels welcome and has equal opportunities. That’s why inclusion is embedded in the core values of our company.

SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth

Good work is Carrière’s promise. This means fair pay, support in entering the labor market, and helping people find quality jobs with reliable employers. Today, more than 6,500 flex workers are employed through Carrière every day, and we continue to dedicate ourselves to ensuring good work for everyone.

SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities

As an organization, we promote equal opportunities for growth — both for our internal employees and our flex workers. One of Carrière’s key priorities is offering flex workers the chance to grow into internal positions. We are aware of the inequalities that exist in society and recognize that not all talents receive the same opportunities. That’s why we believe it’s important to make a positive contribution in this area.

SDG 13: Climate Action

Carrière is committed to a greener future by encouraging employees to cycle instead of drive, offering the option of sustainable lease cars (hybrid and electric), and eliminating plastic use wherever possible. Together, we believe it’s important to contribute to a cleaner, greener world, and that’s why we continue to take more steps toward a truly sustainable future.

Our people play a central role in our strategy. By investing in our HR policy, we attract and retain talent. And by being mindful of the positive impact we can make, while reducing our negative footprint, we actively contribute to a sustainable future through the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
