About the function
As a Greenhouse Worker at Syngenta, you’ll work in both the production (warehouse) area and inside the greenhouse. The work consists of planting small plants into trays while seated, as well as taking care of larger plants in the greenhouse environment — this includes checking plant quality, replanting, removing weeds, and ensuring healthy growth.
Some of your daily activities will include:
- Working on the planting line (placing young plants into trays)
- Controlling and collecting small plants and seeds
- Replanting and maintaining larger plants
- Picking up trays, bending over, and walking between greenhouse sections
- Following safety and quality procedures
You'll work from Monday to Friday with day shift: 07:00 - 15:00
What we need
- You speak Polish, English or Dutch (basic communication level is fine)
- You are motivated, precise, and comfortable with both sitting and active tasks
- You have good attention to detail and follow instructions carefully

What we offer
- €15.72 gross per hour, paid weekly
- Extra pay for weekends:
+25% on Saturdays (hourly rate: €19.65)
+100% on Sundays (hourly rate: €31.44) - Overtime allowance: 60% after 38 hours per week
- Travel allowance: €0.23 per km (after 10 km)
- 8.33% holiday allowance
