About the function
In the role of Order Picker, you’ll be tasked with efficiently selecting and packing orders using Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT) and voice picking technology. Your working hours will be spread across seven days a week, with shifts rotating between mornings, afternoons, and nights. Your responsibilities will include:
Safely and effectively operating Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT)
Using voice picking technology to accurately identify and select items
Ensuring timely and precise order fulfillment
Keeping your workspace clean and well-organized
What we need
- You are ready for full-time work over an extended period of time
- You are physically fit and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- You are available for all three shifts: 07:00-14:45, 15:00-22:45, and 23:00-06:45
- You have your own accommodation in the Netherlands
- You are able to communicate in either English or Dutch.

What we offer
- You’ll receive a competitive salary starting at €14.33 per hour, plus an additional €1.58 ADV gross per hour.
- Shift allowances range from 55% to 100%.
- A travel allowance of up to €0.23 per kilometer is provided (for distances up to 45 km from your location).
- You’ll also benefit from an 8.33% holiday allowance.
- Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
