About the function
As an Order Picker at Lidl in Almere, you will ensure daily deliveries of products to stores, helping to fully stock the shelves. You will work with food, frozen goods, and non-food items, collecting orders using the pick-by-voice system.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collecting orders using a pallet truck
- Quality control of products and stacking them on pallets
- Collaborating with the team to achieve goals
- Adhering to safety regulations and wearing protective clothing
Working Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of working weekends and overtime.
What we need
- Knowledge of Dutch or English
- Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays if needed
- Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week) and readiness for overtime if required

What we offer
- Salary of €14.77 per hour (including ATV allowance)
- 130% extra pay on Saturdays and 150% on Sundays
- 150% extra pay for public holidays
